Every single staff member that we provide goes through a rigorous recruitment process - it's much more thorough than the other agencies that are out there. We do personality and skill assessments, paid work tests, interviews and background checks. We typically approve only 1 or 2 out of 100 applicants. Once a staff is accepted, we provide ongoing mentorship and training behind the scenes, so they're always supported for any challenge that they face. We have exceptionally high standards, and we hold all our staff accountable to those standards. These standards are the biggest thing that sets us apart from everyone else.

Of the hundreds of staff we've offered clients over the years, less than a handful have ever had an issue. But if you aren't satisfied, we'll replace your staff member immediately and offer you a full refund on the work done so far.

The short answer is - however you want to. Our clients typically communicate with the staff over WhatsApp, email, or a task management app of their choice. It's really up to you. If you're unsure of the best way to communicate with your staff, we'll give you personalized guidance on the best options for you. We offer ongoing training to our clients on how to make the most of their team, free of charge. It's all part of the package.
We'll find a team member that can work at times that suits you. Our team is flexible and committed to aligning their hours with your business needs. We have different team members for different timezones.

3. You stay in control of your systems
You decide what your VA has access to, how they access it, and what permissions they’re given. You retain full ownership of all accounts and data at all times.
